falaVtube ("the app", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
falaVtube is published by Triops Info.

• Photo library (videos). With your permission, the app reads videos in your device photo library to find and display videos older than 90 days, generate thumbnails, and let you stitch them together. Processing happens on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to our own servers.
• Saving videos. With your permission, stitched videos you create can be saved back to your photo library.
• Music library (optional). If you choose to add background audio, the app accesses your music library only to let you select audio for your video.
• Google / YouTube account (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google, the app uses Google OAuth to obtain permission to upload videos to your own YouTube channel and read your channel/video information. Authentication tokens are stored securely in the device Keychain. We never see or store your Google password.
• On your device only: app preferences/settings (in UserDefaults) and your YouTube OAuth tokens (in the iOS Keychain).
• We operate no backend server and do not collect analytics or advertising identifiers. The app does not track you across apps or websites.
When you sign in and upload to YouTube, your interaction is governed by:
• Google Privacy Policy
• YouTube Terms of Service
falaVtube's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Sign out in the app's YouTube screen. This revokes the app's Google authorization (server-side) and deletes the stored tokens from your device.
• You may also remove access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Deleting the app removes all locally stored settings and tokens.
falaVtube is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
